3. Punctuality & Cancellations

• Passengers must be at the designated pick-up point on time. Coaches will not wait for late arrivals.
• Hanton Coaches Ltd reserves the right to cancel or alter services due to unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather, road closures, or operational issues.

4. Liability

• Hanton Coaches Ltd is not responsible for lost or stolen belongings. Passengers are advised to keep personal items secure.
